SHIPPING POLICIES
We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping on all full-price orders over $300 in the US. If you'd prefer to receive your items more quickly, expedited shipping costs are available at checkout. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm EST (excluding holidays) will generally be shipped out on the same day pending product availability and credit verification.
If you have special delivery instructions please note those in the "notes" section of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your FedEx tracking number.

FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPA addresses. 
RETURN POLICIES
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. All SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the delivery date. If your order included a full-price item, a FedEx return label will be included in your box. Please note a $15 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund when returning an item. For exchanges, return shipping is complimentary. Simply seal your box, affix the label to the box, and drop it off at any FedEx location.

Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the delivery date. Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear, footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 
Please allow 3 - 5 business days for refunds to appear back in your account. 

All Sale Merchandise, Jewelry, and Face Masks are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
